On this page I will be using Internet Explorer in Windows XP to show you how to Run our Remote Assistance software.

Below is the ShowMyPC website. Notice the red box indicating where to click.

The box below will appear after you click the link. Click run to save yourself from the hassle of saving it and finding it.

In windows XP the windows below will appear. In Vista your screen may dim. Just hit Continue/Accept/Run.

Now the Remote Software is running below. Click Show My PC Now.

Some computers will ask you if you want to Unblock this application, you should choose Unblock and below you will notice your remote software windows now has a password listed. This is the password you will give to whoever is remoting into your system.
