On this page I will be using Internet Explorer in Windows XP to show you how to Run our Remote Assistance software.

The box below will appear after you click the dowload link. Click run.

After your software is finished downloading it will ask you to run again. Click run.

Next you will see the Ammyy Admin software window. The red arrow indicates your ID. We will need this to connect to your computer.

Once we have your ID and are ready to connect to your computer, you will see the box below. Just make sure all the boxes are checked & click Accept.
